How do I configure PayPal?

In order to configure your PayPal plugin, navigate to Settings -> Plugins -> Payment Processors. 

Click PayPal in the drop-down.

There are various settings to configure, as you can see, and each has a description.

 If you are utilizing PayPal, it is recommended to mark "Yes" next to "In Signup" so that your clients can pay with PayPal during the signup and payment process.



If you want to issue refunds through PayPal, you will need to follow the instructions in this article: How do I enable PayPal refunds?

There is no such thing as Website preferences under Selling tools no more. Maybe they changed it...

That is old, and no longer needs to be done.

Where do you set the callback url? The IPN area or the Auto Return area or both of paypal.com?

You don't need to worry about setting the callback URL. We send this in the request we send to PayPal.

Are you sure? Now it errors. I am going to set a ipn url at least now. Error with invoked Paypal Callback: Original Invoice
